Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for hardware that is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrectly shipped. Custom OEM products are non-returnable unless quality issues are confirmed.

• Provide order number, item photos, and reason for return
• Items must be unused and in original packaging

Refund Processing:
Once the returned item is inspected and approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
